Lumenera Non-COOLED CCD sensor models (very-high sensitivity)

The Lumenera INFINITY 3 series of un-cooled CCD based cameras provide extreme low light sensitivity and dynamic range. They are ideal for quantitative analysis, extremely low light, and long exposure applications (e.g. – Trace fluorescence, astronomy, FRET, TIRF, FRAP, calcium, bio-luminescence, live cell imaging, spectroscopy, cytometry).

The 3-1 high sensitivity CCD sensor from the Peltier cooled camera is featured in the significantly upgraded non-cooled INFINITY 3-1UR models. The 3-1UR replaces the previous 3-1U models with enhanced performance at no increase in cost. The 3-1UR is available in either color (3-1URC) or monochrome (3-1URM) versions and offers a lower cost alternative to cooled sensor models for applications not requiring the extreme low light sensitivity such as GFP, FISH, NIR, FRET fluorescence.

All models come with the Advanced Infinity ANALYZE image analysis, basic Infinity CAPTURE, and TWAIN software packages. We also offer more application specific advanced software packages.
