RETURNS: We will refund 100% of the purchase price for any product returned within 21 days of purchase less the actual shipping costs. Products must be returned in NEW condition in their original packaging within the 21 days of purchase based on the shipment from our facility. All packaging, products, and manuals must be in their original NEW condition. Products returned in other than NEW condition or incomplete contents will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking charge. Products returned damaged or in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange credit. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number prior to return to ensure proper credit for the return. Product condition will be determined solely by OEM-OPTICAL. WARRANTY REPAIRS: All products returned for warranty repair will require an RMA number prior to shipment. Contact us either by Email ( info@OEM-OPTICAL.COM) or by telephone (916) 880-8575 for an RMA number. Products outside the warranty period or unsuitable for warranty coverage will be charged a $50 repair inspection fee. This fee will be deducted from the repair costs when final costs for parts/labor have been determined. The customer will be contacted prior to initiating any repairs with complete costs.
