WAFER LOADER:

The S-468 wafer loader represents a new generation of low cost wafer transport systems. The system can accommodate wafers sizes from 4� (100mm) to 8� (200mm) with simple adjustments. The loader can be adapted to most microscope models with a variety of XY stages either mechanical or motor controlled. We can provide custom loading platforms to your specific application. The system comes complete with a controlling laptop PC and software that is user configurable.
